The Intro Pilates Package is highly recommended for new clients.
The Intro Package is for new clients, beginners, clients with a strong rehabilitation need or healing after injury, individuals who have specific needs and wants, and a fantastic opportunity to explore and challenge your movement practice in a one-on-one setting.
It is the perfect option to learn the apparatus, introduce you to the foundational concepts of Pilates, as well get prepared for small group session or group classes.
The first session is 90-mins, includes a postural analysis, movement evaluation, and workout using a variety of Pilates apparatus and natural movement props.
I will work closely and as needed with your physician, physical therapist, midwife and any other medial professional to ensure we nurture a holistic approach to your rehabilitation and/or workouts.

The Intro Pilates Package is highly recommended for new clients.
This Intro Package is the perfect option to learn the apparatus, introduce you to the foundational concepts of Pilates, as well get prepared for small group session or group classes.
It is for new clients, beginners, clients with a strong rehabilitation need or healing after injury, individuals who have specific needs and wants, and a fantastic opportunity to explore and challenge your movement practice in a one-on-one setting.
The first session is 90-mins, and includes a postural analysis, movement evaluation, history review, and your first workout using the variety of Pilates apparatus and natural movement props, not limited to and includes the Reformer, Trap Table, Pilates Chair, and more. This is where I get to learn your here and now body, your goals and the path I will take to build your customized program.
I will work closely and as needed with your physician, physical therapist, midwife and any other medial professional to ensure we nurture a holistic approach to your rehabilitation or work out.

Then, two more additional sessions at 50-mins, where we continue to build your practice, get great workouts, and teach you equipment basics. After this package is complete, you may continue with 1:1 Pilates Sessions, and/or Group Classes, or a different path, which I can help you decide when the time comes.
+ (1) 90-min Initial Pilates Assessment Session (Value $225.00):
- Includes a postural analysis and movement evaluation using various pieces of Pilates Apparatus and props.
- Includes a comprehensive assessment of your static and dynamic alignment to help learn and demonstrate how they may be contributing to issues that concern you and your well-being, as well advance your physical fitness with a safe and effective approach.
- Includes a goal evaluation, and health history.
- Optional pre/post alignment photos, walking assessment, and functional screening, with follow-up private access to alignment photos - helpful for education and progress.
+ (2) additional 50-minute 1:1 Pilates Sessions (value $180.00):
